Welcome to my Holistic Healing Website, where we recognise harmony is a requirement for a peaceful existence. Where we remember that our lives are as good as our mindset. Where we strive to create new patterns of wholeness within our mindset.

Life can sometimes feel emotionally overwhelming, leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our calm and our clarity.

Mindful Moments has been created as a gentle, supportive space where you are warmly encouraged to pause, breathe and reconnect with your grounded essence  ...that part of you that still exists.

Through mindful reflection, calming breathwork, emotional awareness and compassionate guidance, my intention is to help you create meaningful moments of calm, self-kindness and inner reconnection within everyday life.

This is not about perfection or becoming someone different.
It is about gently creating healthier patterns of thought, feeling and awareness — allowing space for a calmer, more contented and authentic 'You' to gradually emerge.

I believe that even the smallest mindful moments, repeated with sincerity and consistency, can create meaningful emotional and spiritual shifts over time.

So take a breath… make yourself comfortable… perhaps with a calming cup of tea nearby… and allow this to become a space where gentleness, reflection and reconnection can quietly begin.

The Healing Power of 

                  Reiki

 

In my holistic coaching practice, I use Reiki as a gentle way to help clients slow down, relax, and reconnect with their natural sense of balance. When someone is feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained, Reiki can provide a peaceful space where the body and mind are able to settle. I see Reiki as a supportive practice that encourages people to become more aware of their inner state and to allow themselves the time and compassion needed for restoration and wellbeing.
