An Eight week, day by day Experience
The Mindful Moments journey, is for 8 weeks allowing space for integration, reflection, and genuine inner growth.
Each stage of the journey is intentionally created to encourage awareness, healing, and conscious change in a supportive and nurturing way.
There is no pressure to move quickly.
Some people may need more time to process certain parts of the journey, while others may move through with greater ease. The experience is flexible and can be adapted to suit your individual needs and pace.
Whether you move through a stage in 7 days, 10 days, or longer, the experience honours where you are and supports the path that feels right for you.

I pride myself on being deeply empathetic and an attentive listener. My extensive training provides a wealth of holistic tools – from Tarot and Crystals to Reiki and hypnosis –meditation and mindfulness, journaling, EFT emotional freedom technique that can help desensitise trauma, all designed to aid your committed change.

So, how does the Mindful Moments Experience work?
I have designed it from my extensive experience of many spiritual and holistic therapies. It takes you on a journey, that you choose within your healing process, it can be any of the therapies or all of them. For example after the initial session it may be appropriate to get guidance from the Tarot, this sets you on your journey, if you wish. Or it may be that you choose Hypnosis and relaxation to dig a little deeper for the transformation you are searching for. The Mindful Moments process begins to represent your thoughts and patterns that have created blocks and limiting behaviours and you decide if it needs addressing to bring harmony back into your life. We can Pendulum dowse the Chakras, the energy wheels of life to consider if they need re-aligning and healing. Ria~jeannette has many avenues of assistance available to you. It is designed to bring your journey into harmony and the time of 8-10 weeks is well deserved by you. If appropriate you will be asked to journalise daily or weekly your journey of feelings and emotions, but all in the spirit of encouragement and kindness to be discussed or not, it is entirely your decision.
